Doorbook subtracts last month's reading, multiplies by your rate, adds rent and internet, and has the room's total before you reach the stairs.

Hand over a bill they can pay
Every bill carries a payment QR with the exact amount in it. The tenant scans it in their banking app. Nothing to install on their side.

Roll the month forward
Closing the cycle turns this month's readings into next month's opening figures and files the month into each room's history. Then it starts again.
Four steps, twelve times a year, for as many rooms as you own.
Close enough months and the building starts talking
Every cycle you close is filed permanently — per room and across the whole property. Nothing here is a projection: it is what you billed and what actually arrived. Step back into any month you have closed and the figures are the ones from that month, not today's dressed up in an old name.
